MARINER’S COVE ASSOCIATION

In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes 421J, Section 4 (e), this is to advise homeowners that the Board of Directors of Mariner’s Cove intends to distribute proxies for the Annual Association meeting scheduled for:

TIME: 6:30 p.m.

Registration 7:00 p.m. Call to Order

PLACE: 800 Lunalilo Home Road Honolulu, HI 96825

At least three (3) Directors will be elected for the ensuing year.

Pursuant to this law, any homeowner wishing to solicit proxies at the Association's expense may submit a statement. “This statement shall be limited to black text on white paper and shall indicate the owner’s qualifications to serve on the Board or reasons for wanting to receive proxies.” This statement shall not exceed one single-sided 8-1/2" x 11" page and must be received within seven (7) days following the posting of this notice. Such requests and written statements must be received at the office of the managing agent, Touchstone Properties, Ltd., 680 Iwilei Road, Suite 777, Honolulu, HI 96817.
